2006 was a big year for me. It was the year I discovered the work of coaching and transformational personal development, and it was also the year that my channeling and psychic gifts awoke of their own accord.

I originally received a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1999, with a primary focus on the impacts of colonization on Africa. 25 years later this remains a highly relevant topic in our current world, and our recent historical impact on one another (locally and globally) is still very important to me. My shift in focus in early 2006 actually came as something of an unplanned surprise.

At the start of that year, when it first all opened up unexpectedly, my channeling gifts began as mediumship (of those who had died), and channeling of higher consciousnesses and angelic “entities.” To be honest, at the onset, my capabilities scared me, as it wasn’t something I had actively been pursuing, and it was still a very uncommon conversation in our world at that particular time in our history to talk about these things. So I turned off those gifts temporarily while I received my Coaching and Consulting education.

This is when I began a 6 year journey of intensive training in coaching, leadership, transformational practices, workshop facilitation, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, public speaking training, and ontological studies. During this time I was also working and consulting with a range of small and large businesses as well as entrepreneurs.

With many years of intensive coaching training for other organizations under my belt, in 2011 I then officially opened my own business practice. At the same time, I also fully said “Yes” to acknowledging and accessing all of my gifts that I had kept hidden from myself and others. Thereafter I began learning how to integrate both the grounded practicalities of Coaching and Consulting with the higher awareness spiritual gifts. It took many years.

As I further moved through and into alignment with my own Light, Life Force and Higher Self over the course of the second decade of work in this chosen field, I supplemented my learning and further participated in course work with other masters, teachers and refined modalities of healing emotion, energy and consciousness. It then (again) took me many years to fully ground and integrate these new practices, all the while healing myself as well. As then instructed by a teacher, I waited more than 2.5 years of grounding these modalities in my own personal daily practice before I began utilizing it in my own sessions with others.

You come to see where and how you might be off track, how to focus back to your aligned path, and how to create your best outcome.

I also provide higher dimensional healing using both my natural gifts and training, and instruct others in mastery of energetic boundaries.

Over the years, I have provided over 10,000 hours of one-on-one coaching and created and facilitated training programs and transformational workshops for over 1,500 people. Since 2013, I have been channeling and creating content for courses in Manifestation, Alignment, Purpose, Potential and Alchemy, as well as for a variety of entrepreneurial and business topics.

It’s my happiness to help people discover for themselves their own self-actualization, experience of alignment, manifestation, healing and shifting of consciousness, and discovering and realization of their fullest potential.

I once asked my Higher Guides what I am beyond just a Coach or Consultant. The answer I heard was, "Revelator." I didn’t know what that word meant, so I looked it up and it said: One who reveals Divine Will. So I asked again, "In what do I reveal Divine Will?” "In Self-Actualization" was the reply.

I help things shift and move. I offer a safe no-judgement space and field of being where anything can be transformed. I help make things happen through creation and un-creation. I help things heal deeply and clear. I help you hear your own wisdom. I help you expand or integrate and center as is needed. I use tools that express the combination of both 'doing' things constructively whilst 'being' the space of creation. All toward the best outcome for ourselves, and everyone else around us, which is true Alignment.

I lived in the United States (Colorado & California) for 22 years and recently moved back to Canada, though I stay closely connected to the US and my clients there. As my coaching and channeling occurs over the phone I can easily connect with people around the globe. In addition to the work I do, I continue to pursue my own love of dancing, painting, music, writing, getting out on the water and into the wilds of nature, and constantly following the adventure of life.
