The Best Game You've Ever Played

"Let Nothing Dim The Light..."

Who are you as uniquely you? What do you love? What inspires you?

You don’t have to express any of it out loud in the world in any way. Your voice could be expressed amongst family members or friends, or simply as you move about your life.

This week, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day and love, as you potentially look to express your love to those around you, I encourage you to love yourself even more.

Who would your most self-loved version of yourself wish to be?
What would your most self-loved version of yourself wish to experience?

Discover it.

You can...

  • Make a list of everything that lights you up, even if there some fear in the way. Start taking actions toward those things.

  • Make a list of everything that you wish you could do, or would like to try. Start learning them or doing them.

  • Make a list of all your favorite interests. Start exploring them again, or perhaps even more than before.

  • Make a list of everything you’d like to explore again, or more of, or perhaps even master. Start exploring and taking actions toward mastery.

  • Make a list of everything in life that makes you happy, or you sense would make you feel happy. Go after those things in a way that is empowering.

  • Make a list of all of your mistakes, feel into them, give those parts of you who made the mistake unconditional love, and deeply forgive yourself. Tell yourself everything you need to hear. Perhaps choose to learn whatever lesson is meant for you.

  • Make a list of everything you need, and start giving it to yourself.

A number of years ago I channeled the following message for myself:

“Learn what it is to love yourself. Delve into it fully. Explore it. Be it. Fall completely in love with you. Let it be the best game you've ever played. See if you can love yourself as fully, if not more, than you even love others. Do the things that you love to do. Or try new things. Love your body for you and no one else. Give yourself whatever you've ever wanted from others. For the next year make that the best relationship you've ever been in.”

It’s never too late to start loving ourselves more, or to start over again.

Again, there are so many cool exercises one can do for Self-Love. There is an abundance. Here are just a few that I channeled for us last year: Channeled Self-Love Exercises
